What are some cake decorating items you can't live without? Just a list of a few things to help others with ideas. Any ideas are welcome....

I can't live without the small wooden fondant roller that comes in the flower making set.

icing Sugar/Powder Sugar... be completely lost without it for buttercream and fondant work.

and cutters... I can't imagine doing half the things I do without cutters! icon_biggrin.gif

KA mixer
22" pastry bag (for my icer tip)
Foam roller (for melvira method)

These are the things that i use on EVERY cake. And soon i hope to be adding the Agaby leveler to the list too.

just discovered the wonders of owning a silicone mat. use it for baking and fondant/modeling chocolate work!
