Does anyone have a video tutorial of quilting fondant? I'd like to do it on a cake for this Saturday (gift for a friend) and I know the fundamentals of how to do it but I've never tried and I find I do pretty well when I can see it done...guess I'm a visual learner.

I would go to youtube and search....Sugarshack's fondant video is good too. If you use a diamond impression mat you get perfectly, even straight lines. Good luck!
