I tried to email the original decorator for this photo but no response. I need the bucket of cake to feed 50-60 people. I was thinking of 5 layers of pound cake, 8 inch diameter. What do you think of that?

I'm going to make the mop handle out of RKT and cover them with modeling chocolate or fondant. Which would you recommend?

Thanks for your help!

5 was my first thought too.
I would use modeling chocolate, maybe use a dowel and wrap it in RKT for support (if you weren't going to do it anyway) as I don't think RKT would stay like that with out support.

Good luck icon_smile.gif
