Helloicon_smile.gif
I'd like to bake a cake to send it to my sister in law on her Birthday
but I don't know how. I'm from Japan and in Japan I always used refrigeration deliverly service(you can pick time for pick up and deliverytoo). Is there anything similar stuff here in the States?
She lives in VA and I'm in CA..
Please give me advice if there is anyone who knows how to do it!
Thank youicon_smile.gif

I think it depends on the type of cake you're making, but for the most part it's not going to work very well. I had one client freeze a 6" anniversary cake and Fedex it to her daughter in a cold pack box and she said it worked fine, but most people don't seem to have any luck if they try to ship cakes.
