Help!
I need a great recipe for chocolate ganache buttercream. A client requested it. Does anyone have one (tried & true) that they love? It would need to be able to be piped onto cupcakes!
Thanks in advance!
I personally just use the regular chocolate ganche recipe and let it sit out and stiffen up. I then use that to ice my cake. It's rich but delicious. Just use the highest quality chocolate you can afford. HTH
you can just add some ganache to your usual bc.

Ina Garten did a nice one. She made the ganache, let it cool to room temp, then with a mixer she added corn syrup, vanilla and butter. I don't have the exact recipe, but if you checked her recipes on foodtv i'm sure you could find it. I thought it looked really good.
I made white chocolate bc ganache before and it worked beautifully and I absolutely loved how smooth it made my cake! I did exactly what brincess said ... I just added the ganache to my typical BC recipe and it worked great!! I believe I did have less bc to ganache. Good luck!
What ratio of buttercream to ganache would you use,?
