OK - I've made the decision...I do love to decorate cakes, but I have decided to change to cupcakes! There are too many decorators in my area that just do cakes and I think to stand out I need to do something different. Cupcakes are also much easier and less time consuming. Of course I will still do cakes, but I think I will concentrate more of cupcakes. Just wanted to know if there are any other converts out there and if it helped (or harmed) your business.
