Help! I need an idea for a small groom's cake for a Seattle, WA groom who is marrying an Alabama girl. He (andf she) is an avid runner, biker, swimmer (Triathlete). The only request is for a carrot cake. I only have one month left!!! Thanks for any help you can give.

I was thinking of a cake with a similar theme for my sister in law.
What about a triathlon suite cake with fondant accents: a wet cap, running shoes, bike speedometer - with the wedding date on it.

Also see if you can get a list of the events he has participated in so that you can do a fondant covered board with the blue white swirled for the water and layer all the logos (either printed on editable paper or cut out of fondant) on the board around the cake.
