I'm making some cupcakes for a kids b-day party and the theme is slime so I was going to use neon green frosting but wanted to know if anyone had ideas or a recipe for a slime (oozing) filling. Preferably green slime.

Thanks!

1st thing that comes to mind is green jello.

How about tinting pudding, or using a pineapple filling sleeve colored in neon green?

I'm late, but I used lemon curd tinted green to make slime filled cupcakes before. It didn't ooze out of the cupcakes, but it had that slimey look to it. icon_smile.gif
