My son was in culinary classes at his high school, he use to say he wanted to be a pasty chef, so for his HS graduation my mom bought him lots of cake decorating stuff, but by then he was sick of school and also cooking, so I inherited all the goodies! I am just playing around w/ them (and adding a bunch of stuff to the collection, darn this is not a cheap hobby) He should hopefully soon be on a flight to Hawaii to work on a cruise ship (prep cook) and I want to make him a Hawaiian themed cake so when searching for ideas I found this site.
