For things like flat abstract shapes, grass blades etc.

What do you use? A roller? A knife?

Just curious... thumbs_up.gif

I use a scalpel (surgical knife)...love it!
You may need to either rub a little shortening to the tip or dip it into some cornstarch to help it not stick as much and make it easier to glide through the fondant without tugging or sticking to it.
