Don't know about the Challenge Brand White Butter, but as I am not a butter fan, I use the SuperStore White Margarine and it works and tastes great according to all my cake eaters !!!
The white Margarine used with the clear Vanilla or Almond extract makes a beautiful bright True White Icing !

That's all I buy if I can make it to Fiesta, since none of the other stores here carry it (and I don't shop Wal-mart). At $2.99/lb, it's not quite as cheap as the store brand, but it's cheaper than either Borden or Land O'Lakes. It's a fantastic sweet butter. I love it, but I have yet to use it in BC. I did use it in my last cream cheese icing, and it was much whiter than before. It's probably also a superior butter to start with, but I think one of the differences in the unsalted is that they wrap it in foil. LO'L used to, but I think they use paper now, which lets the butter go rancid faster.
