Today got mail from a customer who was going to send me her signed contract. Envelope was somewhat torn, and then taped back up. With dread, I opened it only to find the second half of the contract and nothing else. She had already paid her deposit but I was afraid maybe she made another payment or something...and the first half of the contract, with her personal info, was gone!!!!

So I immediately wrote her about it asking what was in the envelope, and saying if she had happened to include a second check, she should void it immediately. She said...oh....I did that. The envelope was ripped at home somehow, and I just taped it back up real quick and sent it. No I didn't send a check... and I only thought you needed the second page of the contract.

Hahaha. Okay. Scared me, though!
