Is it nut free? I asked someone at the store where I bought it and they said no nuts, but it does say that it provides a "nutty flavor" I am making a cake where several of the family members are allergic to anything nuts...Please help. TIA

According to the Lorann website, the Princess emulsion uses natural & articficial flavors and has a flavor combo of vanilla-almond-lemon.

I would contact them directly to be certain of the almond is natural/allergic or artificial/OK?.

I'm curious about this as well as I have a friend w/severe nut allergies.
