I wish- but the only cake deocrating book about FLOWERS i have is the wiltons one and it doesnt have any templates nor how to make a poinsettia.

i'm assuming you have checked the Wilton Course books. I know the old course books that were phased out in June have it. I think it's the course 3 book. They may be hard to find. Since Amazon or e-bay

Check out the flower tutorials posted by Ryaln in the How do I section. JenniferMI sells some great cutters for them (sugardelites.com) They are not hard to make, I made about 40 of them last year for a cake. LOTS of parts to each one though!

And also the one i was talking about in the Wilton Course book is royal icing not gum paste
