ok today I did the biggest, dumbest thing ever.

I accepted a cookie order for 4 dozen cookies for >.< this friday!

Ontop of that I have a super big trade show ( i sell candy)

And a cookie bouquet.


I just couldnt turn down a $100 order......


I know i was stupid.... someone please slap me :'(

100 cookies?

Next weekend I have two weddings. I just got a corporate order dropped in my lap. cake for 75 (3 tiers) and 350 logo cookies. $1300 order. I'm not saying no to that! Who needs sleep?

We all take on more than we should at one time or another..... just chalk it up to an easier "no" next time. You'll get thru it.

Keep in mind, it's all perspective. Someone like you, Leah_s, who does huge orders all the time doesn't think 100 cookies is a big deal. Someone like me, who works full time elsewhere (in an office) and only has a small kitchen to work from when I do get an cake/cookie order, 100 cookies is huge!

Don't spend that $1300 all in one place ... unless you're buying something for me! icon_wink.gif
