Hi all,

First I'm sorry if this is already posted, but nothing came up in the Search page. I'm really confused about servings for the sheet cakes. If someone can please give me info or direct me to a site where there is info please let me know. I usually go by the Wilton serving chart, but it's for 2 layer cakes so I'm confused about the servings. I might be using the 9x13 pan, but if I do one layer according to Wilton it would only serve about 18. Does that make any sense? Someone please help. TIA!!!!

I use the wedding servings chart for every cake, no matter what the cake is for.

If you are doing a one layer, then it would be half of the servings. According to the wedding chart you will have about 25 servings.

You can also flip over the pan and measure out 2x2in pieces.

If you cut it in 6 rows by 4 rows you will get 24 pieces.
