I have a 4 tiered cake due next weekend, and I do not want to do the stacking on site, for the fact that all my decorations are viens of leaves flowing up the cake and they are on all four sides, and that will mean I will have an hour to an hour in a half of decorating on site if I sack it there.. So my question is what is the best way to do this.. Stack it and make sure I have a good support system.. Stack the bottom two, and the top two and put them together on site or what??? Not sure what I should do and starting to stress because I want the cake to look amazing.... Please, any suggestions are helpful!
