So, I'm a total World of Warcraft nerd, and for my birthday in July, I made a hunter-themed cake. I wasn't going for something aesthetically perfect, but rather a way to try a cantilever cake and improve hand-painting. (Most family-freebie cakes are used in the same manner.)

After I was done, I submitted it to a well-known World of Warcraft blog, and after a month or so went by, just figured it wasn't chosen.
