How long does royal icing keep? I made some royal icing in June, I refridgerated it in an air tight container and I was wondering if it is still good now...any thoughts? TIA!

That's three months!...I'd throw it out and make fresh. I throw mine out after about a week - I'd be interested to hear how long pro decorators keep theirs though.
