Bettercreme Question

My container of bettercreme defrosted completely (I left it out on the counter!!!! icon_cry.gif ) Being that it is non-dairy, can I refreeze it or should I toss it??? Please help.

Depends on how long it was left out I think. Mine has defrosted completely on the counter, I use what I need and refreeze . The most it was on the counter was 2-3 hours though. Ok maybe 4 hours .
