Hi All,

I was hoping all of the more experienced CC's out there would share their opinions regarding books on sugar flowers.

I am aware their are a lot of resources available for free on the internet, however I am not the type of learner that can take a lot from a video of instructional material. I much prefer photographed step-by-step instructions and would love to purchase a few "tried-and-tested" books that make sugarpaste flowers.

If you have come across a book that was particularly helpful would you do me a favour and post the title and author, and if available, the publishing year?
