Turntable For Cake Decorating?

HI! I'm making a cake today, and I've been planning on getting a turntable, but can't afford one right now... is there anything I can use as a substitute?

I've used an 18" wooden lazy susan (covered with a big plastic shower cap) for about 25 years.
Do you have any rubbermaid cabinet organizers that spin?
