This is the thing, when somebody ask you for a wedding cake, they want to try it first and you have to have a couple of flavor for them to try... well here is my question, how I made sample that it doesn't take me to do whole recipe for each flavor?... is there any efficient way to do it?, so you do not waste cake and ingredients.?

cut samples and freeze them. Take them out, let them thaw and you are ready to go.

I usually make 1 batch of each flavour and then bake them in little 4" tins. When I need a little snack (coffee with the gals), or a tasting, I just pop them out thaw, ice and serve. icon_biggrin.gif
