Can You Help Me With A Cake Preparation Timeline?

Hi, I am new to baking cakes. I want to make a 3 tier (4,6,8 inch) birthday cake that will have to travel an hour to it's destination.
I plan of baking the cakes ahead of time and freezing, and doing the decorating as I go but I am not sure when to do each step. The cake is for Sunday so I would like to be done by Saturday morning if it is okay for a cake with fondant to sit overnight?
So when should I:
~bake and freeze
~defrost and let settle
~crumbcoat
~BC frost
~make and lay MMF fondant
~make fondant decorations and allow to dry
~finish off with frosting decorations
~box up for travel
Thanks for any advice on this, since I am new at this I would like to spread it out over several days since I am slow at the process. Thanks!!
shannonmarie, maybe you can read this other timeline thread if no one answers your post, just so that you can get some ideas.

And here's another one, it's for a wedding cake, but all info is helpful.
