hello everone!! i would like to do some things ahead of time and just spend the day before my cakes are due on decorating. could i bake and cool then dirty ice my cakes then freeze them?? and for how long in advance can i do that???
Also, can anyone tell me if i can make several batches of the buttercream marshmallow fondant and cover them with plastic wrap then in a ziploc and store them in a bucket for more than 2 weeks?? how long will they keep???
