I know this will sound like a dumb question, but can I use SMBC when doing a FBCT? I'm making a cake for my great-nephews' 3rd bday but they don't like traditional BC, too sweet. Their dad, my nephew, said they liked whipped cream icing better but I can't really decorate with it and the whole point to me offering to make the cake is to practice.
Anyway, I've never made SMBC before but read that it's not as sweet as ABC. Was wondering if it would work or if I should try a different icing. I don't want to make something they won't want to eat.
