Does anyone knows a place near Atanta/Marietta GA Area where they provide cake decorating classes besides Michaels...I'm looking for a place where i can take classes on making flowers.

It's not really close to Marietta (where I live also), but the CakeArt has classes, both Wilton method and others. Here's a link to their list:

I'm not aware of any others in the Marietta area besides the Wilton classes at Michaels, but, like you, would love to hear from anyone who is!

Wow, I looked at all the classes they offer-- if its under an hour drive - it looks like it would be worth it!

I've thought of offering some classes, probably beginning of next year. (I'm in Marietta.) What kind of classes are you looking for? I LOVE Nicholas' classes!!! They are the best!

I'm in Marietta..I was trying to stay in the area..not sure how far Tucker GA is..I have to check.

I wanted to learn how to make flowers out of gumpaste and other decorations. I have so much free time, I thought it would nice to just take some classes...is really just for fun because I only bake for friends and family.

Nick's flower classes are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Marietta Community College offer classes....Next is winter class in January, they cancel fall class (I was about to take it) due to low enrollment....visit the website www.mariettacommunitycollege.com

I highly recommend Nicholas Lodge.  I drive 3 hours to take his classes.
