I will be making my first GFCF cake this weekend. The mother is providing all ingredients for the cake and icing but I was worried about the food coloring I plan to use for the decorations. Do the Americolor gel colors have anything in them that is a no-no for GFCF? Also, what about the MMF that just has marshmallows, water and GFCF Vanilla - is that okay? Thanks in advance!
