Ok, so I've seen many times on Amazing Wedding Cakes and other cake shows......but what is exactly in the decorator's gold "paint" that they use? They always have it in cups and never looks like the same consistency of dust/alcohol that I make. How do I get the same thing?

Americolor has the airbrush gold, silver, pearl and bronze colors. If you mix the Luster dust a little thinner than a paste you can get the color you want but that would only be good for small things. For bigger proyects the airbrush colors are better.
