Thanks for looking, I have two questions:
1. How do I get the middle of the Wilton large cupcake pan to cook all the way through? Do I need a heating core?
2. I am making a large cupcake cake (larger than the above pan, I am going to carve it) and want to make a ganache wrapper. Do I pour it from the top, or due to the slanted shape am I going to need to turn it upside down?
