I'm in TN and have a person wanting me to do a cake for them & ship it to San Antonio. I have never shipped a cake and really don't want to. They say that they can't find anyone in that area that does jungle cakes with fondant animals (custom made)? I have a hard time believing that so......if you are in that area and are available around the 1st of Oct. I would love to hook them up with you so they can get the cake they want.
I know I can count on finding someone and thanks in advance.

I am in the area and know that there are several bakers that do the fondant animals! I have done one but don't think my animals are as good as some other decorators... here is a pic of the one I did
