I am having a hard time figuring out how to price my work. I try to keep prices down by using bulk pre made products from Sam's Club but I find that I sometimes eat alot of the cost. Advise greatly appreciated!

no way to tell you if you'll make a profit based on just the monthly rent.

there is SO MUCH MORE to consider.

I charge per slice - its different for buttercream, fondant and per cupcake.
I also charge extra for gumpaste flowers or designs/figures.
