Hi. i have just noticed that on my spare edible sheets there is a use by date does this mean that they cannot be used on a cake i have never noticed it before , hope someone can advise. thanks Pearl

When an icing sheet goes bad, it either dries out so you cant use it, it becomes brittle, or like old oil, it smells, noticably. Other than that it is fine to use.
