I'm working on my 2nd wedding cake... I didn't want an inch around the edge sticking out, so I used plates the exact size of the cake, but now I don't have room for a border... what am I going to do?

Pipe the border anyway. It will stick to the icing on the cake. Maybe use a slightly smaller tip than you would have originally to make sure it's not too heavy that it falls off. Just be careful when handling the cake that you don't get your fingers in the border since there's not a lot between you and the icing. icon_smile.gif

Put the border on it after it is set up! It works great.
