I tried one this weekend, but it had oats in it and my husband said it was too "healthy-tasting!" icon_lol.gif

Do you have a favorite carrot cake recipe? Substitute mashed bananas.

I made one recently that I found on (I think) All-Recipes.com. It got great reviews.

I made this one for my nephew, and everyone loved it. I don't care for bananas as a dessert (I'm weird, I know) and banana cake falls into that category, but it turned out really good. icon_smile.gif
