Frankly, 50 bucks is EXTREMELY inexpensive - I would have charged a lot more than that! I can't believe a bride would risk ruining the cake over a pittance like that.

I would say to stack and decorate the cake. Take a picture of it. Remove the ribbon, unstack, and box it up. Send the pic with the cake and keep a copy for yourself. Your picture is your insurance that your cake was beautiful and their instruction manual. Then let it go and enjoy knowing you did your best for bridezilla!

My hometown is 70 miles away and I can get there in about an hour. So 1.5 hours (one way) means I'd be driving about 100 miles; times 2 for round trip = 200 miles x my rate of $1.25 = $250 delivery fee.

Your fifty bucks is looking like a bargain!!
