Hi Everyone! icon_biggrin.gif

I'm super excited to have finally come across this website! Man, have I learned alot and seen alot of ideas and things! thumbs_up.gif
Just saying lol.

ANYWAYS, my question is:
I need to have several of them ready for me in Florida for my cousins wedding...I wont have the necessary tools and ovens to make the 5 tier cake...I will only have enough things to decorate and such...

Please any info would be awesome!!

Hi, have you thought about maybe looking into baking your own, freezing and then shipping them to Florida? Just a thought.

how about checking with some local bakeries/grocers in the area where the wedding is - perhaps they will sell you some uniced cakes.

I think I have read that some grocery stores will sell uniced cakes.

How long do you have before you need these?
There are a LOT of FL bakers/decorators on this site and maybe one of them will offer to help you out.
