I have to make some flowers out of melted chocolate. The mom's theme for the party is the popular pink/zebra stripe. She wants pink centers on the flowers with zebra striped petals. A small cluster of them on the corner of her little girl's cake.

Ok, how do I make black? I've tried with the Wilton candy coloring "Make-n-Mold" brand. It just makes purple...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have until Aug 6th to figure this out!

Start with brown chocolate. It's much easier to turn brown into black than white into black. And if you can get Americolor candy coloring, try that.

Thank you...

After I posted my question, I saw several other threads about the same thing...

Duh! Next time I'll look before I ask!

LOL

Thank you again, so much.
