Several years ago I attended an at-home wedding near Burlington. They had the MOST delicious pineapple wedding cake ever! It was three tiers with a fluffy, non-crusting, not sweet icing. Does anyone have an idea? Could it have just been the pineapple juice for the liquid? I really don't recall any chunks of pineapple.
