Some one had told me my layout colours dont match my logo... is that a big problm?

I think it is definitely fine...maybe lose the white space to make it unified? Other than that, I think it works the way it is.

I would just change the name on the Custom Menu...
Cake Pops, Cookies...or call it The Yummy Stuff
Or create separate tabs, and have an identifying picture when you click on the tab.

Unless you have a Custom Menu, and that is something different from the products you have...??

very nice site! though i have a suggestion, why don't you make your site's title, the one on the very top, fuller because they are quite thin and this should stand out and it's quite hard reading the light blue words, make use of more natural or darker color. that is just my opinion. the standard rule is to make use of 3-4 colors in a site, mixing too much together might hurt the eye of the reader or might be hard to be read and concentrate on a certain area since there are too much color.
