I have to do a quinceanera cake with two tiers having the Cornelli Lace design. If I let the royal dry, can I refrigerate it afterwards? I read somewhere that the condensation from the fridge will ruin the royal.

I live in AZ and it's really hot....like 115 degrees. Help!

RI will soak up any moisture in the air, either in the fridge or after you take it out.

I personally like to do cornelli in buttercream whenever possible.
