I think, under articles, there is directions on how to do this type of cake. You basically carve that one layer and then cover in fondant. If it isn't under the articles, then I know there was a post with directions on here. Unfortunately I don't remember who posted or what it was titled. it was a tutorial though.. maybe search for that. Or if you go under the galleries and search for "road" or something like that, you might find a picture and be able to pm the decorator.
