Can you do an elongated rectangular sheet cake made to look like a massage table with the face pillow on one end and maybe even a sheet of fondant made to look like the thin blanket they have for you when you get a massage? Then you could make some little lotion bottles to put on a 'tray' on top of the cake or beside it on the cake board for height and interest. HTH! If you have never had a massage, then you could go get a half hour one and do some research. One of those sacrifices we have to make.... 
My friend graduated a year ago. She had to learn tons and tons of scientific stuff about the body. She even worked with cadavers and such. I'm not saying make a dead person, I'm saying maybe consider the science end of it if you don't do a massage table (and I like the massage table idea).
