How many cups are in a tub of high ratio shortening.

If you look at the nutrition label it probably tells you how many teaspoons or tablespoons are in the can. Then you math it. There are 3t in a T and 16T in a cup. HTH

Each cup of my Sweetex weighs 7 ounces, so in a 3lb.(48oz.) tub, there would be 6.85 cups.
