I only use the emulsion instead of the extract. And I do use the same amount in the baked items. In my icings I usually use a tad less.
i just bought Lorann's Princess Cake and Cookie emulsion. It says to exchange it for the flavoring in the recipe 1 to 1. When i did research on this particular flavoring, some people said to use half instead. "Less is more" with this one, someone said...
