How much more do you charge for gluten/nut free cakes. It is going to be a fondant covered airbrushed guitar 25 servings? How much would you charge?? This is my first gluten free

Are you going to need to sanitize your entire kitchen/workspace and tools to be able to do this cake??
If so I would include the cost of that time in the cost of the cake.

I was even going to buy new pans!! Luckily it is not a peanut allergy it is almonds but still, I need to be careful.
