I'm new at cake decorating and wondered if any of you use a pasta machine for your fondant, and if so what kind? I was looking at the ones at Michaels.

I bought one a year ago and have never taken it out of the box. I've been able to roll fondant/gumpaste just as thin as I've needed it w/o one.

I have limited counter space and it really just would be in my way. icon_smile.gif

I have a small countertop model that I rarely use. I really prefer the pasta attachments to my Kitchen Aid mixer--so quick and easy.
