Some members here work fulltime or have to take care of family, and bake cake for a weekend wedding. How do you organize your time?

im lucky enough to have my husband at home on the weekends, so if im busy doing a cake , Hes takes care of the little man and leave me happy to bake and decorate , if hes not available and i have to do a cake, I usually try and include my son with his own decorating, to keep him happy if that fails, then i wait till hes in bed and get to work and pull a late night
