Gumpaste Question...

How would you do the gumpaste scrolls that are done on the top of this cake by sarahscakes? They are so neat and I want to do something like them for a cake I am making. Thanks......AWESOME cake sarahscakes!

Your best be would be to send a pm to the decorator.

However, you can probably use a template for the design, roll the gumpaste into a long snake,then shape it on your template.

The curly pieces can be wrapped around a straw.
