Hello, Actually i am new at baking cookies but my sister-in-law is having a bridal shower in a couple of weeks and she wants this cookies but what i still cant figure out is what kind of icing is the white one, or is it fondant? i was hoping it was some kind of icing since i dont really like the idea of fondant on a cookie. I know that the black is royal icing but if you could tell me and let me know the recipe for the white i would really appreciate your help. Thank you
I just looked, and those on pg 87 are mine.
They are iced with flooded royal, Antonia's to be exact! The recipe is on this site. They are then stenciled with a stiffer consistency of royal.
